the Aged - Provide direct help to improve the quality of life

Snowdon Award Scheme
- Provides grants towards related costs of study (ie computer equipment,
note taker/communicator costs, wheelchairs, travel etc) for students
with physical disabilities in further, higher education and training
studying at college/university within the UK
Family Fund Trust
- Aims to ease the stress on families who care for very severely
disabled children under 16, by providing grants and information

working to promote the rights, inclusion, equality, and support

Centre for Accessible Environments
- an information provider and a forum for collaborative dialogue
between providers and users on how the built environment can best
be made or modified to achieve inclusion by design. Founded in 1969,
registered as a charity in 1976, CAE is the acknowledged centre
of excellence on the practicalities of designing for accessibility.
